Global Culinary Connection


Join Chef James Arnsby, graduate of The French Culinary Institute of New York City, and the USFSM College of Hospitality & Tourism Leadership as they take you around the world through interactive and delicious culinary demonstrations on selected Wednesday evenings!

At the Global Culinary Connections, you’ll learn how to make recipes from various parts of the globe, keep a recipe pamphlet to take home with you and taste the food created at each demonstration. Guests are welcome to bring their own refreshments to the demonstration; however, light refreshments will be served upon request.

All demonstrations will be held at the USFSM Culinary Innovation Lab located on Main St. in Lakewood Ranch.
